SUPERB 1996 SOUTH AMERICAN BROADCAST - ON STUNNING CLEAR VINYL!!!<br/><br/>In 1993, Ritchie Blackmore reformed Rainbow with all-new members, featuring Scottish singer Doogie White. The band released 'Stranger In Us All' in 1995, and embarked on a lengthy world tour. The tour proved successful, and the live shows featured frequent changes in set lists, and musical improvisations that proved popular with fans and critics alike. Perhaps the very finest show of the tour was performed at Teatro Monumental in Santiago, Chile, on 26th June 1996. The show was recorded for live FM Radio Broadcast across the country. Including a quite stunning track-list and an ambiance that defies belief, it remains a fan favourite almost 30 years since this spectacular concert was performed. The concert however remains unreleased on vinyl until now, when this 2LP set features the entire radio broadcast for the first time.

Den följer efter Munich 2016, Budapest Concert och Bordeaux Concert. Som Jarrett-kännare vet innehåller hans diskografi redan en legendarisk Vienna Concert (inspelad i Wiener Staatsoper). När han återvände till den österrikiska huvudstaden 2016 framträdde han på en annan historisk plats med levande akustik - Musikvereins Gyllene sal. New Vienna släpps i samband med att Keith Jarrett fyller 80 år.<br/><br/>New Vienna is the fourth concert recording to be released from Keith Jarrett's final European solo tour. It follows Munich 2016, Budapest Concert and Bordeaux Concert. Why New Vienna? As Jarrett aficionados will know, his discography already includes a legendary Vienna Concert (recorded at the Vienna State Opera) whose music, he once claimed, spoke "the language of the flame itself", after long years of "courting the fire". Keith Jarrett's 2016 return to the Austrian capital brought the flames of inspiration to another historic location with lively acoustic properties, the Golden Hall of the Musikverein, where, at the start of the previous century, Schoenberg, Berg and Webern had premiered works that challenged and changed the course of modern music. New Vienna, shaping its new music in the moment, is near-encyclopedic in scope. The album is issued as Keith Jarrett turns 80.

50th anniversary half-speed mastered LP.<br/>This new pressing of PIN UPS was cut on a customised late Neumann VMS80 lathe with fully recapped electronics from 192kHz restored masters of the original master tapes, with no additional processing on transfer. John Webber cut the half-speed at AIR Studios.<br/> <br/>Recorded at Château d'Hérouville in France, where Bowie would later return to record the masterpiece LOW, PIN UPS was a collection of cover songs paying tribute to bands and artists that had inspired him and that he had seen at clubs such as The Marquee in London in the mid to late 60s. Artists he covered for the album included The Yardbirds, The Kinks, Pink Floyd, The Who, Pretty Things, The Easybeats and more.
